How it works
We start with one process: the first quote. Someone sends an enquiry by email or form, with files attached. I build a process that turns it into one clear request, flags what is missing, and drafts a quote or a reply. A person on your side reads and approves before anything goes out. It works with the ERP and CRM you already have, so nothing needs replacing.
Understand what happens today
What works and stays, what is stuck, where the same thing gets typed twice, and which steps can simply go. Simplify first, then decide what is worth automating.
A small paid pilot
One process, in a scope agreed up front. You know where it starts and how it is checked, a person approves, and someone on your side owns the exceptions. We set the success measure together before we begin, and I do not promise a number.
Carry on as needed
After rollout we can monitor and fix within a scope set in advance, or extend to the next process. A one-off project or ongoing support, whichever suits you. No subscription.
